HOW TO USE+

• Mógū recommends 2.5 grams (~1 tsp) per dose. For optimal effects, take 5 grams (~2 tsp) per dose. You may stack different mushrooms and take them at the same time.
  *Reishi is the only mushroom we recommend to take at night.
• Dosing Schedule:
  After the initial two weeks, to maintain the adaptogenic effects of these mushrooms and prevent tolerance buildup, we recommend cycling your intake using one of the following dosing schedules:
  • Weekdays on, weekends off (Recommended)
  • Every other day (every 2 days)
  • 3 weeks on, 1 week off
