To use, start from the inner corner of the upper eyelid and draw a line as close to the lash line as you can!
Glide along the upper lash line, drawing a thin line to make your eyes pop!
EXAGGER-EYES VOLUME MASCARA
Hold the brush wand horizontally.Press the inner-curved side into the root of the lashes and pull upwards.
Use the outer-curved side and wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define.
Use the tip of the wand to coat the inner and outer corners, and lower lash line for precise application
